Research now shows that adding both excercise and certain nutrients like fish oils can have major effects on our brain chemistry and help us to have better overall feelings of happiness. These are great compliments to whatever other methods you may be using to feel healthier overall with your doctors.

You’ve heard it all before: “We are what we eat. Excercise more….” So what’s best for us to eat? How do we get in that excercise? As some of our staff here will tell you, sometimes it’s those small changes such as making a bunch of vegies ahead of time, or walking a little more each day that can make healthier effects in your life.
