I wanted to thank you people for letting my patients know what they can do to help themselves and I know they appreciate it even though this is all “anonymous”. This is something that I wish everyone would do all over America. Thank you very much.

Picking Appropriate treatments is a hard thing to do. I like that you keep encouraging people to keep at it since the first time isn’t always the one solution that fits. Going through many meds as I did can get discouraging but I did eventually find what worked for me. And you are right, it takes combining all methods of mind, body and the spirit/lives and not just one thing. Good job and info.

Don’t stress your self up too much. Lots of time periods for those who have stress and anxiety permit stuff get to them after they shouldn’t. Take into account what’s been given that you’re attempting your best at anything then there shouldn’t become a good reason why you’re sensation filled up with stress and anxiety, it’s all in your head. See your Dr., take meds if needed and find ways to have less stress.

I realize that I don’t have to feel damaged anymore. I felt that people didn’t understand. I didn’t choose this life but I’m trying my best to be my best everyday. It’s just what God gave me and maybe it is for a reason I don’t understand yet.

A great self-help idea is to make certain you’re receiving ample sleeping every night. People who are sleeping deprived tend to have low energy levels and therefore are typically frustrated. By making sure you get at the very least 8 hours of rest every night, you’ll have more energy and you’ll remain in far better spirits.

I have noticed that in my life now and trying to go to bed at the same time and wake at the same time everyday has helped me overall. thx
